For Arizona construction companies

Your team works hard. Your systems should too.

CoPowr builds small, fixed-price automations for the paperwork that eats your office’s week: sub compliance, daily reports, pay-app backup. Built in the tools you already pay for, and handed over so your team actually uses them.

Free 25-minute call. We’ll call you within 1–2 business days.

What a Quick Fix can look like: one log, automatic reminders, a hold flag for AP. Built in the tools you already have.

Built for the office behind the field.

COIs, lien waivers, daily reports and pay-app backup live in inboxes, spreadsheets and someone’s memory. We start with one piece of it, fix it properly, and leave your team able to run it.

Construction companies

For the office behind the field: project managers, AP and the people chasing paperwork between them.

  • Sub paperwork trackerOne log for every sub’s COI, W-9 and lien waivers. Reminders go to the sub before a certificate expires, and AP sees a hold flag before a payment goes out.
  • Daily reports to the officeA short field form the crew can fill out from a phone. Every entry lands in one log, and the PM and owner get a weekly summary without anyone retyping it.
  • Pay-app backup checkBefore each pay app goes out, one checklist pulls together the schedule of values, lien waivers and backup from where they already live, and flags anything missing while there’s still time to chase it.
  • Job Paperwork BlueprintWe map one paperwork flow end to end, such as sub onboarding through pay app, job-cost coding, or RFI and submittal routing, and price the build.
Construction in detail

Not a contractor?

Most of our work is with construction companies, but not all of it. If you run an operations-heavy team in another industry, or someone referred you, request a call anyway. We’ll tell you honestly whether we’re a fit.

Request a call

Start small. Every price is on the page.

Each step is fixed-scope and fixed-price, and each one is useful on its own. Most clients start with a call, then a Blueprint or a Quick Fix.

  1. Discovery call

Tell us what’s eating your team’s week. We’ll tell you honestly whether it’s a fit, and recommend one next step.

  2. Quick Fix

One small automation built in tools you already license. Handed over with a recorded walkthrough and a one-page guide.

    $1,500
Or 3 for $4,000, used within 6 months
  3. Starter builds

A fixed-scope build for one workflow, or one connection between two tools, with training, documentation and monitoring.

    Automate Starter $3,500 · Integrate Starter $4,000
  4. Care

Help after launch: up to 2 hours a month of fixes and small changes, with a reply within 2 business days.

    Month to month
    $300/mo
    For systems we built

Larger builds (several workflows, AI pilots, multi-workflow roadmaps) and higher-touch support plans are quoted on request, usually after a Blueprint. No hourly billing on projects.

Checkout is handled by Stripe. Paying means you accept the scope on the service page, our Master Services Agreement and our Terms. We’ll email within 1–2 business days to schedule.

How a build runs.

Five stages, the same every time, so you always know where things stand and what we need from you.

  1. Discovery

We start by listening. Before anything else, we want to understand how the work actually moves through your team, not how the org chart says it does.

  2. Design

We write the plan so leadership and your team both recognize it: what we’ll build, how it fits the way your team already works, and what “done” looks like.

  3. Build

We build in small pieces you can see while they’re still easy to change. No big reveal after weeks of silence.

  4. Launch

We roll out with training that sticks: a recorded walkthrough, a guide people can actually read, and a close eye on the first days of real use.

  5. Care

After launch the next step is yours. Take it from here, or keep us within reach on Care for $300 a month. No lock-in.

The full process, stage by stage

Standards, not selling points.

CoPowr is new, so we won’t show you logos or numbers we haven’t earned. Here’s how every engagement runs instead.

  • Built with your team, not for them

The people doing the work help shape it. When we’re done, your team understands every piece, because they were there when it was designed.

  • Adopted, not abandoned

We measure success by use, not delivery. Training and documentation come with every build, so the system is still running six months later.

  • Simple by design

We build the smallest thing that solves the problem, in tools you already pay for, and say no to anything that makes your operations harder to run.

Questions people ask first.

All questions

Why a callback instead of a booking calendar?

We’re a small practice, and a call at a time that suits you beats a slot that suits a calendar. Leave your number and a time window, and we’ll call you within 1–2 business days.

What happens on the discovery call?

It takes about 25 minutes. You tell us what’s eating your team’s time. We ask questions, tell you honestly whether we can help, and recommend one next step: usually a Quick Fix or a Blueprint. Sometimes the answer is a referral to someone else.

How does the Blueprint credit work?

The full $950 is credited to the first build scope you accept within 60 days of getting your Blueprint, including a Quick Fix. After 60 days, the Blueprint stands on its own as a finished plan you can use with anyone.

What fits in a Quick Fix?

One trigger, up to 10 steps, and up to one connection to another system, built in tools you already license, for one team. If it turns out bigger once we have access, we tell you by day 2 and you choose: move up to a Starter build and pay the difference, or get a full refund.

Tell us what’s eating your team’s week.

Leave your number and a good time. We’ll call you within 1–2 business days. Twenty-five minutes, no pitch deck.
